Animeal needed a system that could guide customers based on pet type, category and intent without feeling heavy or complex. The goal was to create a marketplace that feels simple on the surface but is powered by a structured backend that organizes large amounts of data in a clean customer friendly way. APPROACH

The approach focused on building a strong product architecture that can scale while keeping the interface visually expressive. Every section of the homepage was redesigned to support fast navigation starting with pet based categories, promotional zones and curated lists like trending products and budget bundles. This allows customers to move between broad and specific needs without losing context. Performance optimization played a major role in the project. Product images were compressed responsibly, lazy loading was introduced for category sections and the layout was optimized for consistent performance on mobile. The goal was to make each interaction feel quick and responsive especially for returning shoppers. The visual language was crafted to match a warm and playful brand personality.
