Gorilla DeFi is an innovative blockchain ecosystem built around a new mechanism called Proof of Engagement — rewarding participation, activity, and interaction instead of traditional mining or staking approaches. The website needed to communicate this disruptive vision clearly while showcasing tokenomics, presale mechanics, audit credentials, and roadmap details in a highly immersive format. My role was to design and develop the entire frontend experience with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, motion, token data representation, and credibility-building elements.

The project required blending the excitement of a crypto presale with the polish and trustworthiness expected from modern DeFi platforms. Because blockchain users make decisions quickly based on visuals, clarity, and perceived security, Gorilla DeFi needed a site that reduced friction and made all key information — presale yield, token allocation, contract audit, and ecosystem features — immediately digestible.
I built the website with a dark, cinematic visual identity aligned with their branding and combined it with modern UI patterns like glowing elements, micro-interactions, and smooth scroll transitions. The result is a high-impact UI designed to convert interest into participation while maintaining transparency around token behavior.
THE STORY
Gorilla DeFi began with a simple objective — bring a fresh mechanism to the decentralized finance space by rewarding genuine user activity. Instead of relying on mining power or static staking, the core idea focuses on engagement as the source of value. To communicate this vision effectively, the website needed to explain the concept in a way that felt transparent, modern, and credible. I approached the storytelling by visually highlighting the uniqueness of Proof of Engagement, simplifying complex tokenomics with clean, digestible visuals, and reinforcing user trust through audit verification and presale transparency. APPROACH
To build a platform that matched the project’s ambition, I focused on creating a sleek, high-impact design language supported by smooth, performance-optimized development. The interface was crafted to draw users in through cinematic visuals while remaining functional and easy to navigate. I developed custom components for token charts, presale dynamics, and animated sections that encourage users to explore further. Under the hood, the site is structured for speed and scalability, with precise asset handling, optimized animations, and a modular codebase that can grow with the project. The end result is a polished, future-ready site that successfully presents Gorilla DeFi as a reliable and innovative presence in the Web3 space.
