All eligible refunds (such as duplicate or accidental payments) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification and will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Advance Payment / Booking Fee

All bookings require advance payment. This advance is non-refundable but can be adjusted if
cancellation is requested before work begins.

4. Cancellations

Before Work Begins: Partial refund (after deductions) or service credit.

Refund Timeline : Will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification and will be credited to the original payment method.

After Work Begins: No refund.

5. Consultation Services

Consultations may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. No refund will be provided for missed
sessions or late cancellations.

6. Quality Issues

We offer revisions as per the agreement. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with the
service where work has been delivered as per the agreed scope.

7. Duplicate / Wrong Payments

Extra payments (such as duplicate or accidental payments) will be refunded after verification.
