  • Project management tools (Trello, Notion, etc.)
  • Live sessions or screen sharing for consultations

2. Delivery Timeframe

The delivery timeframe depends on the service and project scope:

  • Website Development: 3–30 days (based on complexity)
  • IT Services / Technical Work: 1–10 days
  • Consultation Sessions: Delivered at scheduled time
  • Revisions: Delivered within 24–72 hours

Your exact delivery time will be communicated clearly during the project discussion and documented in the agreement.

3. Digital Delivery Confirmation

Once a service or deliverable is completed, you will receive:

  • Confirmation email/message
  • File download link
  • Project completion report (if applicable)

4. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • High workload or project expansion

Any delay will be communicated to you in advance with an updated delivery schedule.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since we do not sell physical items, no shipping charges or courier services apply.
