MLS integration was engineered to sync with local real estate data sources, ensuring fast loading times and accurate property details. Each listing page was optimized to present high-value information—pricing, amenities, neighborhood data, and rental potential—while maintaining a clean, distraction-free UI. Custom filtering tools were implemented to let users narrow results based on criteria important to the Baja market, such as ocean views, proximity to marinas, gated communities, and rental viability. On the property management side, the website highlights BRE’s operational methodology: owner reporting, maintenance workflows, tenant screening, and local oversight. The content and structure were designed to communicate credibility, especially for foreign owners seeking dependable long-distance management.
