Bloom Workspaces was founded in 2023 by a husband-and-wife team who experienced first-hand the challenges local professionals face when trying to find reliable, distraction-free places to work. APPROACH
The Bloom Workspaces project required transforming a simple office layout into a purpose-built coworking system optimized around comfort, workflow clarity, and spatial efficiency. Every part of the workspace — from desk placement to lighting selection was engineered to support long, uninterrupted focus sessions while still enabling spontaneous collaboration. The approach focused on designing zones with clear functional intent: private offices for concentrated work, shared tables for team interaction, and open lounge areas for casual conversations and breaks. Sound distribution, natural light pathways, and traffic flow were analyzed to minimize disruption and ensure members can move seamlessly from one task mode to another. Beyond spatial design, Bloom’s digital and operational systems were structured to support a frictionless day. Members can book spaces quickly, communicate needs easily, and benefit from a workspace that runs smoothly behind the scenes.
