The approach focused on three core pillars: structure, performance, and brand-centric storytelling. First, the entire product architecture was re-engineered to improve discoverability. This included clearer category segmentation, refined filtering, and an intuitive browsing flow that guides users through collections based on intent—whether they're exploring eveningwear, down jackets, or tailored pieces. Each section was designed to feel editorial yet commercially functional, creating a balance between inspiration and usability. Second, performance optimizations were implemented across the platform. High-resolution photography and editorial assets were compressed without quality loss, caching strategies were improved, and responsive behaviors were refined to deliver a smooth experience across all devices.
